<p>Cars are something I don&#8217;t usually get excited about. They&#8217;re big, ugly, polluting machines that can directly be blamed for much of the environmental crisis that we&#8217;re going through. However, what I get even less excited about are women being discriminated against, including on the showroom floor of a car dealership. So I was really tickled when I heard about <a href="http://askpatty.com" target="_blank">AskPatty.com</a>, a website dedicated to women car experts providing information to women care owners and buyers about everything automotive related. Sure, this website isn&#8217;t going to change the world, but it can change women&#8217;s experiences when they&#8217;re stuck on the side of the road with a flat, or facing down the dreaded, &#8220;What can I do for ya, little lady?&#8221; attitudes at the dealership.</p>
